What does ICBC Shop Valet mean?

As an accredited ICBC Facility, we must meet ICBC’s highest standards of workmanship, customer service, professionalism, and facilities. You can come directly to Tsawwassen Collision for an estimate and get your repairs done at our same convenient location.

You do not need to go to ICBC first, although you do still need to call in and get your claim number. We will also assist you with a courtesy car, if needed.
