What it Takes to Do the Right Repair

Yesterday evening I walked thought the shop and took in a visual that struck home how much things have changed over the last few years. There were three vehicles in the main repair area; a Chev truck, a Jaguar sedan and Mazda 3, all late model vehicles. All three were anchored on Car O Liner repair racks, all three had been electronically measured and all three had required structural alignment before upper body work could be started.

There are still repair facilities that are debating whether they need a repair rack; at Tsawwassen Collision we have three and we know that all three are needed to do the right repair.
